The new Changing lives film celebrates the centenary of Girl Guiding and Girl Scouting and how it has transformed the lives of individuals, their families and their communities. The film also shows the current work with the Millennium Development Goals, the positive effects of leadership training in Kenya and how we are planting Girl Guiding and Girl Scouting in diverse communities.
You and your girls can learn more about WAGGGS and about how girls worldwide say “empowering girls will change our world” by participating in our World Thinking Day Celebration on February 19, 2011! Join hundreds of Girl Scouts in Southern Arizona at this amazing event, celebrating the millions of girls all over the world and the difference they make in each others lives. Read about the history of World Thinking Day.
